I know building a javascript fueled image gallery isn't exactly original, but I wanted an excuse to play around with jQuery a bit more. You can see the result here, which hopefully shows up in IE7*.

I'm not really that thrilled with paying for another copy of Windows, when I have an XP disk and Parallels lying around. If only I could find the license for it...

I've updated the code section to have a Lightbox style effect when viewing source files. I know it's not exactly groundbreaking, but then again, it's easier to pick things up quicker when you build stuff.

As I've mentioned before, I've always kinda stayed away from Javascript, given that new browsers come out every year or so, breaking this or allowing you to utilize this one fun feature that no other browser supports.

Nothing like deciding to get back into the swing of things and promptly falling ill. I'm going to blame the weather.

On the plus side, all that downtime allowed me to listen to the entire series of podcasts on StackOverflow, which if you think about it, is quite an accomplishment since there are 19 episodes to wade through.
