Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Yes I've been largely absent from posting, and for that I apologize to my 3 somewhat dedicated readers. I took the opportunity to have a bit of a break, and of course, partake in the sacred Canadian winter tradition: watching the world juniors.

I hope you got fun, exciting presents for Christmas (if that's your thing). Or at least, a fun exciting sock, tie, odd ornamental piece you're not sure if you'll ever take out of your closet of "stuff" again.

The SO was being mischievous as usual. She's typically a very honest, decent sort of person. But around Christmas time becomes an evil liar. For whatever reason I've been able to guess a few things she's thought up to give me for Christmas, and when I confront her with these insights, she vehemently denies it, only to reveal on Christmas morning that yes, I was right all along, hah.

This year wasn't excessively different, and as a result, I ended up with my own macbook as well! I've been laptopless for a few years now, and am pretty excited to be able to browse facebook at coffee shops along with everyone else again.

Anyhow, another reason for my abstaining from random postings is re-thinking the site. Unfortunately, I have yet to come to any wonderful, mind boggling decisions regarding what I want mundanity to be, but expect changes in the near future.
